United in Community: PVNC Catholic Launches 2025 United Way Campaign
Oct. 29, 2025
We’re proud to officially launch the 2025 PVNC Catholic United Way Campaign!
We’re inviting every PVNC Catholic staff member to take a few minutes to hear from Director of Education Stephen O’Sullivan. His message sets the tone for our campaign and reminds us why this work matters so deeply.
This year’s campaign runs from now until Friday, December 5, 2025.
Every year, we’re moved by the generosity, creativity, and community spirit shown by PVNC Catholic staff. Last year, together we raised nearly $60,000 in support of our four local United Way agencies—an incredible achievement that continues to ripple through the lives of people in our communities.
Our goal this year is to meet—and hopefully surpass—that milestone, with a board-wide target of $60,000.
As we launch this year’s effort, we also want to connect it to something we heard loud and clear during our recent Multi-Year Strategic Plan consultations: community matters. Across all four PVNC Catholic regions, stakeholders told us that belonging, compassion, and connection are at the heart of our identity.
The United Way campaign is one of the clearest expressions of that identity. It’s how we show up for our neighbours in need—feeding children, supporting families, welcoming newcomers, and offering shelter and hope.
Each school will once again have a United Way coordinator, and we can’t wait to see the creative ways you choose to fundraise. But we also know that consistent, reliable support is what keeps vital programs going. That’s why we’re asking permanent employees to consider using the United Way Payroll Deduction Form—our easiest and most effective way to give.

Note: you must use your PVNC Catholic email account to access the form.
If you’re an occasional employee or would like to give in a different way, please email: [email protected]
Thank you for your continued support, and for showing—once again—that faith in action makes a lasting difference.
