Our new Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP) is the guiding vision and roadmap for the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington (PVNC) Catholic District School Board for the next five years and beyond. It expresses who we are as a Catholic school system — and who we aspire to be.
Grounded in our shared faith and informed by the voices of thousands across our school communities, the plan provides direction for every classroom, every school, and every decision we make.

Our plan is built around three pillars that define our shared priorities:
We will support learning and growth by cultivating innovation, critical thinking, and responsibility — so that all learners are engaged, challenged, and striving to meet the demands of a changing world.
We will create consistent learning environments — by setting fair expectations, modelling positive behaviour, and upholding accountability — so students grow in responsible and mutually respectful school communities.
We will promote well-being and belonging by creating safe, inclusive Catholic school environments — so students and staff feel valued and supported in mind, body, and spirit.
We will build a culture where staff feel valued, included, and supported — by improving communication, empowering staff voice and development, and deepening opportunities for professional and spiritual growth.
We will foster a vibrant Catholic identity — by embedding faith into daily practices, relationships, and decisions, and by creating welcoming opportunities for families and clergy to engage in school life — so that faith is experienced as a living part of our Catholic school communities.
We will advance equity and inclusion by upholding human dignity, celebrating diversity, and building school communities where every student and staff member feels seen, safe, and valued.

This plan is the result of deep listening and engagement. Through focus groups, town halls, classroom conversations, and online feedback, thousands of voices helped shape this vision for the future of Catholic education at PVNC Catholic.
