The Incident Reporting Software project is a provincial initiative to create an online incident reporting tool specifically to capture information related to serious incidents in schools or during school activities. One aspect of this is the Workplace Violence Report which has gained much attention over recent years.

Our approach here at PVNC has been to create an integrated online reporting tool which staff will be using to report incidents related to students or incidents related to staff. This one-stop portal will guide you through a series of questions to enable you to provide the information required for a thorough investigation and appropriate follow-up.

It will also allow us to efficiently track reported incidents and to easily collect relevant data Incident Reporting Software – Pilot Schools Only.
