Temporary Parking Adjustments at Schools

Dear Families,

The Ministry of Education has issued new safety directions for schools and child care centres across Ontario following a tragic incident in Richmond Hill last week. As part of this provincial review, schools are being asked to assess parking areas located directly adjacent to child care facilities.

Out of an abundance of caution, some parking spaces at our schools may be temporarily unavailable as of tomorrow morning (Sept. 16) while these reviews take place. We will work as quickly as possible to minimize disruption and will provide further updates as we implement any safety measures required.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we take these important steps to help keep students and children safe.
