St. Martin CES Students Recognize Bell Let’s Talk Day
Jan. 21, 2026
Today (Jan. 21, 2026), St. Martin Catholic Elementary School in Ennismore recognized Bell Let’s Talk Day, joining the national conversation on mental health.
The school’s Mental Health Summit Team helped raise awareness and spread positivity throughout the day.
Students were treated to hot chocolate and received stickers with uplifting messages to remind them of the importance of kindness, self-care, and mental wellness. The team also provided mandala coloring sheets, offering students a creative way to relax and focus on mindfulness.
In addition, the Mental Health Summit Team created a mental health awareness board and shared positive messages during morning announcements, encouraging the entire school community to reflect on mental health and the ways we can support one another.
To further support the resources on Bell Let’s Talk Day, Student Mental Health Ontario (SMHO) has resources for educators, students and families.
