PVNC Catholic to mark Safe, Caring and Inclusive Schools Week with “Igniting Love” theme

The Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington (PVNC) Catholic District School Board is marking Safe, Caring and Inclusive Schools Week – Igniting Love by reaffirming its commitment to creating welcoming, nurturing environments where every student can thrive.

Aligned with the Ministry of Education’s Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week, this initiative invites school communities to take part in meaningful activities that promote safety, inclusion, and acceptance.

Building on the success of previous years, the week will feature five thematic days:

• Building Bridges – Monday, Nov. 17
• Connecting Your Dots – Tuesday, Nov. 18
• Cyber Safety – Wednesday, Nov. 19
• I Belong – Thursday, Nov. 20
• Pilgrims of Love – Friday, Nov. 21

Resources and daily prayers have been shared with all schools to support reflection and participation.

Schools and individuals are encouraged to share their activities using #PVNCInspires to help spread the message and celebrate community across the Board.
