Mental health resources for the holiday break
Recognizing that the holiday break and Christmas season can be challenging for some families and individuals, PVNC Catholic wanted to provide some helpful resources.
School Mental Health Ontario has some easy and fun mental health activities for home that are filled with great strategies so we can be prepared for those difficult moments. As caregivers, being able to build-in the opportunity to take care of our own wellbeing is important and using some tips on taking care of yourself is a good place to start. Finally, consider this resource on how to know if you should be concerned about your child/teen’s mental health and well-being.
