For youth aged 12-17 who are members, residents and those who reside in member households and/or are working in Curve Lake, please call 705-657-2557 to submit your expression of interest or for more information.

Hiawatha Clinic: June 12

For youth aged 12-17 who are citizens, those residing in a citizen’s household, resides with a HFN employee, residing within Hiawatha boundaries, please call 705-295-4421 to book an appointment.

Urban Indigenous Youth Clinic: June 19 (see poster)
