Through fun activities and shared experiences, the day focused on helping every student feel valued, supported, heard and included.

Team Trinity is a unique program that brings together CASA and Learning Life Skills students with Grade 12 Leadership students through inclusive gym activities and exciting field trips.

Throughout the day, visiting students participated in a wide range of activities led by the Grade 12 Team Trinity leaders. From mini golf and rock painting to games and animal visits, there were many opportunities for students to connect, build friendships and create lasting memories.

The day concluded with a community BBQ lunch where students, staff and families gathered to share conversation and celebrate the relationships formed throughout the event.

“It takes a village to raise a child,” said Beth Kihara, parent. “What a lovely day we had here at HT with Team Trinity, the games, interacting with parents and teachers, the food, awesome just awesome.”

Future Holy Trinity CSS student Serena also shared her excitement about the experience, saying:

“I had fun, I enjoyed the school, playing with Chelsea and playing mini golf.”
