St. Mother Teresa CES celebrates life of teacher Melissa George for ovarian cancer research
In honour of Melissa George, St. Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School’s beloved teacher, the community walked to raise money for ovarian cancer research this morning.
Joined by George’s family, as well as past staff, students painted sunflowers in her memory. In total, the community has raised over $4000 for ovarian cancer research.
