The Christmas Season can bring excitement and joy to many and is often a time of celebration with family and friends. However, some individuals may find this season more challenging and it is important that we are reminded that not everyone looks forward to this time of year. It is important for all of us to take care of our Mental Health during this season of giving as taking time for ourselves is sometimes challenging when our focus is on giving to others.
