Trustees approve minor changes to 2024-2025 School Year Calendar

During the May 28, 2024 Board Meeting, Trustees approved minor changes to the previously approved 2024-2025 school year calendar.
The changes were made as a result to similar changes made by our coterminous board. As we share busing with our coterminous board and would incur significant busing costs if our calendars were not aligned, Trustees voted in favour of the minor changes as follows:
- that the Nov. 1, 2024 Professional Activity Day be moved to Oct. 25, 2024.
- that the June 6, 2025 Professional Activity Day be moved to June 9, 2025.
The Ministry of Education has approved the updated elementary and secondary calendars which have been posted below.
