Co-operative Education is offered in a four (4) week (July 4-July 31), 110 hour ONE credit or a seven (7) week (July 4-August 18), 220 hour TWO credit program. Registration for the summer school Co-op program is only available through a paper submission of the Co-op application form, a completed Work Education Agreement (WEA) form and a resume. Completed documents are to be sent to summerschool@pvnccdsb.on.ca. Please include "CO-OP 1" or "CO-OP 2" in the subject line.

Due to the compressed timeframe for the summer school Co-op program, students are required to have secured their work placement PRIOR to the start of the program. Co-op students will be expected to complete the course content modules online using the D2L system. Co-op registrants will be invited to an online orientation session, similar to other e-learning summer school registrants, prior to the start of their program.

Please ensure the Co-op application, Work Education Agreement (WEA) form, and an updated resume are submitted by the June 23, 2017 deadline. Co-op applications received after this deadline will NOT be considered

To register for Co-op, please access the forms below, complete and email them to summerschool@pvnccdsb.on.ca.
