Cooperative Education is offered in a four (4) week, 110 hour ONE credit or a seven (7) week, 220 hour TWO credit program. Registration for the summer school Coop program is only available through a paper submission of the Coop application form, a completed WEA form and a resume. Completed documents are to be sent to summerschool@pvnccdsb.on.ca Attn: Greg James with COOP 1 or COOP 2 in the subject line.

Due to the condensed timeframe for the summer school Coop program, students are required to have secured their work placement prior to the start of the program. Coop students will be expected to complete the course content modules online using the D2L system. Coop registrants will be invited to an online orientation session similar to other e-learning summer school registrants prior to the start of their program.

Please ensure the coop application, WEA form and an updated resume are submitted by the June 23rd 2017 deadline. No late Coop registrations will be considered after this date.

Download these forms and send to summerschool@pvnccdsb.on.ca to register for Coop
