community Use of Facilities

Community groups are welcome to use school buildings and grounds for appropriate activities as described in the Community Use of Facilities Policy and Procedures. Community use must not interfere with regular school requirements.

The Board considers that any substantial additional costs associated with the use of school buildings by outside groups should be at least partially offset by user fees. A schedule of fees will therefore be approved and reviewed annually by the Board.
