Mechanical / Electrical

This division of the Plant Department is responsible for all general and contract mechanical, electrical and plumbing repairs, replacements and upgrades including the following:  

• Public Address System Repairs and Installations
• Fire Alarm System Installation and Repairs
• Heating and Cooling Installation and Repairs
• Security Panel Installation and Repairs
• Sprinkler System Installation and Repairs
• Energy Management
• Plumbing Retrofits
• Fire Extinguisher Installation and Repairs
• Mechanical Partition Door Installation and Repairs
