This division of the Plant Department is responsible for all general and contract repairs, replacements and upgrading. We are also responsible for the following:

- Ground Improvements and Restoration
- Caulking and Sealing of Buildings
- Building Demolition
- Playground Equipment Installation
- Sodding and Seeding
- Locksmith Repairs
- Keying Requirements
- Window Coverings (New and Replacement)
- Flooring
- Chain Link Fencing
- Portable Classroom Purchase and Relocation
- Portable Inspections and Reports (re: blue mold)
- Minor Construction Projects
- Cabinetry
- Installation of blackboards, bulletin boards, coat racks
