COMMUNICATIONS, FREEDOM OF INFORMATION / PROTECTION OF PRIVACY AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT AD-HOC COMMITTEE
The Mandate of this Committee is to:
- review and/or initiate policies, procedures, programs, and strategies to communicate effectively and regularly to all internal and external stakeholders.
- review and/or initiate policies, procedures, and programs that will provide effective and efficient implementation of the requirements of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
- review and/or establish standards and make recommendations for the management of paper and electronic records in the custody and control of the Board.
